I am the Founder & CEO of Viceroy NM, a New Mexico–based government contracting firm that specializes in federal procurement, supply chain logistics, and AI/ML technology integration. I built Viceroy NM with the mission of bringing speed, accuracy, and reliability to the federal supply chain while offering innovative, compliant solutions that meet the highest standards of government contracting. My team and I support a wide range of federal agencies, including the DoD, VA, USDA, DOJ, DHS, CBP, as well as national laboratories and major primes.

In addition we partnership with TechTransient AI to oversee federal strategy, national-lab alignment, and advanced AI/ML deployment for mission-driven environments. Viceroy NM and TechTransient maintain a close partnership that brings cutting-edge technology solutions directly into the federal ecosystem, strengthening the capabilities we deliver to agencies and prime partners.

My leadership style is rooted in operational precision, FAR/DFARS compliance, and a deep understanding of federal requirements. I focus on building long-term relationships, expanding our capabilities, and implementing technology-driven systems that allow Viceroy NM to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality control.

What started as a vision for a small New Mexico contractor has grown into a fast-moving, high-performance federal partner. As we continue to expand, my goal remains the same: to make Viceroy NM one of the Southwest’s most trusted and forward-thinking government contractors.
